At TIFP, we’ve been helping clients make confident financial decisions since 1993. With a reputation for clear, expert advice and unwavering support, we guide individuals and families through life’s financial challenges.
When life gets difficult
Unexpected events — illness, job loss, relationship changes or market downturns — can make financial decisions stressful. In these moments, we are more than technical advisers: we are a listening ear and sounding board, helping you:
- Navigate uncertainty with clarity and perspective.
- Reassess priorities and adjust strategies to fit your needs.
- Reduce stress for you and your family by handling the financial complexities.
By managing the detail
We help lift the burden from your loved ones
allowing them to focus on supporting you personally while we take care of your financial wellbeing.
Our Approach
We believe expert financial advice should be both technically sound and easy to understand.
Our goal is simple: to help you feel confident and in control.
We deliver in-depth strategies tailored to your unique goals, while removing the complexity from financial planning. By explaining everything in clear, simple language, we ensure you not only understand your options but feel empowered to make decisions with certainty.
What to expect
We believe every interaction is an opportunity to bring you peace of mind through clarity, expertise, and genuine care.
Here’s how we work with you:
Learn more about how we will work with you
1. Quick Chat
The first step is a free 15-minute phone call with one of our advisers. This is a chance for us to understand your situation at a high level, and to ensure we’re the right team to support you.
There is no cost for this quick chat.
2. First meeting and engagement letter
First meeting and engagement letter – We’ll take a comprehensive look at your current financial position, your goals, and any concerns. This helps us gain a clear picture of your needs and sets the foundation for a personalised strategy.
After this meeting, we’ll prepare a Letter of Engagement confirming:
- our understanding of your goals and objectives
- the scope of our advice
- the cost involved
The cost for the first meeting and engagement letter is $550 (including GST).
3. Your financial plan
Based on your engagement letter, we’ll prepare a Statement of Advice (SoA) — a tailored, step-by-step financial plan designed to help you achieve both short- and long-term goals. It combines technical expertise with clear, practical recommendations you can easily understand.
The cost of your Statement of Advice is based on complexity.
4. Implementation
We’ll work with you to put your plan into action, handling as much of the detail as possible. Where needed, we’ll also collaborate with other professionals, such as accountants and solicitors, to ensure all aspects of your financial life work seamlessly together.
The cost of implementing your plan is based on complexity.
5. Ongoing advice and support
Life doesn’t stand still — and neither should your financial plan. Regular reviews ensure your strategy continues to support you, even as circumstances change. Whenever new challenges or opportunities arise, we’re here to provide guidance and reassurance, so you can move forward with confidence.
The cost of our ongoing advice and support is based on complexity.
